OS: Win(7,8,8.1,10) ,Mac(10.12.6,10.13.1,10.13.4)and Linux(14.04 LTS)

Steps to reproduce:
1)Launch chrome and Open DevTools on NTP.
2)Now go to 'Audit' section ,click on run audit button and observe audit results.
 
Actual Result: Overlapping of 'View Trace' button is seen in audit section of DevTools .
Expected Result: Overlapping of 'View Trace' button should not be seen in audit section of DevTools .

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M67'  i.e 67.0.3381.0
