Platform: Chrome OS 66.0.3359.48, Dev mode
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open existing spreadsheet with formula for calculating the Month of a date in Chrome OS Dev mode in the format of MM/DD/YY
2. Calculation is wrong for MM, it calculates for example 02 month as 0 until you increase the Decimal point, it will then display as 0.2 instead of 2 representing second month.
3. Changing to Chrome OS BETA will resolve it
What is the expected behavior?
Instead of second month being displayed as 0.2 it should be displayed at 2
What went wrong?
