Chrome OS file explorer size unit name too long (in Slovak)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 10176.76.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.190 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10176.76.0 (Official Build) stable-channel veyron_minnie

Steps to reproduce the problem:
0. find a chromebook
1. set system language to Slovak
2. open chrome os file explorer
3. find a file smaller than 1kB

What is the expected behavior?
file size should be written as e.g. "874 B"

What went wrong?
file size is  written as e.g. "874 bajtov", which is too long

Did this work before? No

Can reproduce this issue on TOT. Open a terminal, make a text file with 120 or so characters, and save.

The title of the column says "Vel'kost'" which is only slightly shorter than "5 bajtov", but much shorter than "123 bajtov". Maybe we should just display "123 b" instead.
