Issue descriptionChrome Version : 65.0.3325.181 (64 bit) OS Version: Win 10 10.0 URLs (if applicable) : google.com, theguardian.com Other browsers tested: Edge, IE (i can't test with others as i do not have admin priviledges to install them) Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: Firefox: IE/Edge: OK What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. I am not sure, but likely setting the TLS 1.3 to default rather than disabled. 2. 3. What is the expected result? Page should load. What happens instead of that? page can not load with the following error: ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/42.0.2311.135 Safari/537.36 Edge/12.10240 I was traveling arround the world on business trip, had soem wi-fi connections (hotel, business partners), when i got back to work, chorme would not load some pages, while others such as for example bbc.com worked just fine and in fact loaded very fast. I do not know how it happened or why. there were no special steps i took before this appeared. Also chrome version reported on about page is 65.0.3325.181 (64 bit)

Sorry, didn't see the first message, then i saw the second one, but i had to wait until i am in the office again. Here is the attached file. I tried accessing website theguardian.com using TLS 1.3 (enabled). Forgot to mention - my workplace is using a proxy to access internet and to censor what people can access. Also Chrome Version updated to: 66.0.3359.139 same issue.

Do you know what proxy is being used, or if there are any other middleboxes (Firewalls/AV/Proxy) that might be on your connection?

Sorry no idea what the exact setup is. All i know is it used to work before. The only thing i could try to do is connect outside of office. I am not sure when i will take the PC out of office again though.

gregor.gorjan@ -- Could you please try by creating a new profile without any extensions and let us know the behavior. You may also verify by connecting your machine to your mobile hotspot to verify whether issue is because of your connected network. Thanks!
