Uncaught exceptions in console when switch between input methods

Chrome Version: 67.0.3376.0
OS Version: 10506.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) add several chinese and japanese input methods
(2) open console
(3) click the global button to switch input method, for like 10 times
(4) should see uncaught exception

What is the expected result?
no exception

What happens instead?
exception in console
