Currently executed line is almost impossible to differentiate in devtools dark theme

Issue descriptionChrome 67.0.3379.0 ======================================================================= 1. open a new tab and invoke devtools 2. go to devtools settings, click "Theme", select "Dark" 3. switch to "Sources" panel, click the circle pause icon and enable the checkbox below as shown in good.png 4. refresh the tab Expected: currently executed line is easy to see (marked as "4" in good.png) Observed: currently executed line has almost the same background color as the rest which makes debugger effectively unusable. ======================================================================= Bisected to r543896 = 034d1f904bac1d3344140a592b4936da32cca079 = https://crrev.com/c/965602 by pfeldman@chromium.org "DevTools: Change the dark theme selection color to blue (remake)"
