html5 Video object in foreignObject within svg displays outside of it's container and it's controls don't function

Reported by tijgeri...@gmail.com, Mar 27 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create <foreignObject> within <g> tag, set it's x, y, width and height attributes
2. Create <video> object within it's tag set width to 100%, height to auto and possibly x and y attribute

What is the expected behavior?
video object adjusts it's size to responsively fit the container, and it's contents menu works.

What went wrong?
video object does not respect it's parents boundaries and video can't be played at all.

Marking WontFix due to lack of feedback. It's conceivable this has been fixed recently with other foreign object stacking context related issues, plus SPv175.
