Issue descriptionSteps 1- install app from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/native-video-recorder/adpmbpjeaogcnegjcpgdabnilfdkfdnd?hl=en-US 2- start recording 3- stop recording 4- save file actual result click on save button does nothing expected result click on save button should save to file with dialog appear Here's the bisect on chromeOS: Bisection for the recovery images: 10323.58 Failed 10323.51 Failed 10323.0 Failed 10288.0 Failed 10279.0 Failed << 10278.0 PASS << 10276.0 PASS 10275.0 PASS 10270.0 PASS 10253.0 PASS 10176.47 PASS The app works on chromeos 10278.0 and failed on 10279.0 The corresponding chroome version is chromeOS 10279.0 with chrome 65.0.3311.0 chromeOS 10278.0 with chrome 65.0.3299.0 Please bisect chrome between 3299 and 3311 and report back on which chrome is the issue.

Tested this issue on Mac OS 10.12.6, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 on the latest Canary 67.0.3379.0 and Stable 65.0.3325.181 and able to reproduce the issue by following the steps mentioned above.
