"Actual Result: User is not allowed to sign in while SecondaryGoogleAccountSignInAllowed is set to either true or false" Is the Primary User/Account not able to sign in to Youtube? Or are you not able to add Secondary Accounts? "What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is it? End user will not be able to log in/out of youtube account while SecondaryGoogleAccountSignInAllowed is set to true" The logout part seems to contradict the previous statement that users are not able to login to Youtube? Were you using a Public Session by any chance? Please provide more details in the bug report. Also, I am removing the blockedon tag since crbug.com/784760 is Closed.

Thanks for the info. From the screenshot it looks like your Organization Unit (OU) or Group has banned Youtube for you. I tried to repro this for my test domain and it was WAI for me. Can you try checking your settings in CPanel or maybe try a different OU/Group?

I checked. Youtube is blocked for managedchrome.com in general. Please enable it for your org. Closing as WAI for now. Feel free to reopen if it doesnt work.
