Missing the autofill dropdown after scanning a card in Clank

Chrome Version: (copy from chrome://version)
OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) tap “Scan new card”in autofill dropdown(Clank). 
(2) Take the photo
(3) tap on the autofilled field 

What is the expected result?
see the dropdown contains "clear form"


What happens instead?
no dropdown appears

Could you please help us with the sample URL, and details of your device and chrome version for further triage.

Note: 
1. Tried navigating to https://dump-truck.appspot.com/usecase-address_and_phone_and_cc_on_same_page_numpad_via_type_number/address_and_cc.html 
2. Did not observe such behavior as mentioned in original comment.
