Gerrit/CQ fails to start the android_compile_mips_dbg builder

Changes in sandbox/linux requires success from the trybot master.tryserver.chromium.android:android_compile_mips_dbg builder along with some other builders like master.tryserver.chromium.android:android_arm64_dbg_recipe. Those others are started and run but master.tryserver.chromium.android:android_compile_mips_dbg is just purple and unclickable underlined (when hovered) text.

The trybot is added with a comment in the commit message. There are other, older, commits that have managed to trigger builds (see for instance https://ci.chromium.org/buildbot/tryserver.chromium.android/android_compile_mips_dbg/115 triggered by https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/856217)

Remove references to the non-existing android_compile_mips_dbg bot

Per answers on chromium-dev@, the android_compile_mips_dbg trybot
is no more.
