Desktop PWA: URL preview box (grey bottom left) should not be shown when links are on the installed TLD

Reported by ccr...@twitter.com, Mar 26 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install PWA (e.g. https://mobile.twitter.com)
2. Hover over nav bar which uses links
3. Observe that grey URL preview box is shown

What is the expected behavior?
Should not show the URL preview when navigating within the PWA

What went wrong?
Should not show the URL preview when navigating within the PWA.

Showing the URL bar detracts from the native PWA experience. It should only be shown when a navigation would remove the user from the PWA experience (e.g. protecting link baiting). Otherwise, the user doesn't really need to know where they are going within the app.

Did this work before? N/A
