Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Save a username/password for instagram
2. Log out
3. Navigate to http://instagram.com

What is the expected behavior?
It shouldn't do anything related to using saved accounts/passwords

What went wrong?
It fills in my account info into the boxes, which are for new account signups

Did this work before? No
