When reviewing changes for  Issue 820759 , we noted that the usernames were being truncated in a similar fashion.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Save a long username + password in chrome
2. Navigate to chrome://settings/passwords
3. Notice that the username is truncated with ellipsis
4. Attempt to copy username

Expected result:
When copying the username, we should be able to see the entire thing

Actual result:
Username is truncated
