WebViewLibraryLoader: "can't load with relro file; address space not reserved"

Chrome Version: 65.0.3325.109
OS: Android 8.1.0 (essential/mata/mata:8.1.0/OPM1.180104.092/224:user/release-keys)

I noticed "WebViewLibraryLoader: can't load with relro file; address space not reserved" in the logcat while investigating a crash on my phone.

I thought that maybe this is because WebView failed to reserve address space during startup, so I restarted my phone, and there were no "WebView"-related errors:

But opening a CCT produced the same "can't load with relro file" error:

Can we get a bugreport from the device, and can you tell us exactly which thing you were launching that generated the error? (which channel/build of chrome). Does the same message appear when you open an app that uses webview?

Chrome is stable M65 (65.0.3325.109).

WebView doesn't seem to have this problem, launching AirBnb produces just:
