pointerlock movementX/Y jumps on ChromeOS with non-standard screen resolution

Chrome Version: M64 & M65
OS: ChromeOS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Use a non-standard screen resolution on pixelbook (1350x900 instead of 1200x800)
(2) Open https://scheib.github.io/HTMLMisc/PointerLockLog.html# and lock cursor.
(3) Move mouse to one direction and see movement value jumps back
(4) This will not happen with resolution 1200x800
