Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have an option with attribute selected 2. css is not properly loaded and page doesn't render well 3. What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Tested the issue with the help of the URL: https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_option_selected, we are able to select fields present in the drop down. @Reporter: Please find the above URL provided and could you please provide sample test file/URL that will reproduces the issue which helps us further triaging the issue in better way, if possible could you please provide the screen cast of excepted behaviour for better understanding. Thanks!
