mus: Double-click doesn't work in web content to select words

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open a Gmail message.
(2) Double-click on a word (with trackpad)

What is the expected result?

Word is selected.

What happens instead?

Nothing.

Double-click works in views UI (like the bookmark dialog). Web contents double-click select works fine without mus.
