QR Scanner shows error that "camera is in use"

App Version (from "Chrome Settings > About Chrome"): 66.3359.52
iOS Version: 11.3
Device: iPhone9,4

Observed behavior, according to test flight user: "I’ve been noticing that when I use the QR scanner from a 3D Touch on the chrome icon it gives me the following error, yet allows me to scan the code anyway...."
