Device motion/orientation events not working in Chrome 65.0.3325.109 on Android 7.0 (Samsung s7 Edge SM-G935F)

Reported by voxfil...@gmail.com, Mar 26 2018

Issue description

Device name: Samsung S7 Edge (model: SM-G935F)

From "Settings > About Chrome"
Application version: 65.0.3325.109
Operating system: Android 7.0

URLs (if applicable): http://code.viget.com/device-motion-demo/

Steps to reproduce:
(1)Visit http://code.viget.com/device-motion-demo/ from the android phone

[!] Expected result:
All the fields should update showing device's motion/orientation data.

[!] Actual result:
It happens in 2 ways, I didn't figured out how the ways it work are changed:

first way: Only the "DeviceOrientation" is updated.
second way: Only the ".accelerationIncludingGravity" is updated.

Just close/reopen the chrome app to change the "ways" it shows data in page.
Important note: Everything will work ok (all the fields will be refreshed) by visiting the same page from "Internet" (Samsung's browser), or from firefox app.
Because of this issue, also Phonegap/Cordova apps (hybrid) are not working properly when device orientation/motion is required.

!Notice: I also tested chrome version 63, on the same device. Everyting works as it should work (so the problem is after this version).

I forgot to mention that I also tested the Chrome Beta from Google Play (version 66.0.3359.46) and there was no problem, every field from the url above was refreshed.
