Issue descriptionDevice name: Nexus 6P and Asus device with Android 8.0 From "Settings > About Chrome" Application version:65.0.3325.109 Operating system: Android 8.0 URLs (if applicable): m.baidu.com Steps to reproduce: 1. Open m.baidu.com by Chrome App 2. When alert "baidu want to use your device's location" come out, DON'T click ALLOW or BLOCK. 3. Click Home key. Check the screen intensity of Home Expected result: The screen intensity of Home won't be changed. Actual result: The screen intensity of Home become dark. More information : If remove Chrome app from recent app, then screen intensity of Home return to normal. It seems can't reproduce on Android 8.1 , but it can reproduce on Android 8.0 device. Is it a AOSP bug ? How can we fix it ? Attached Google bug report for your reference. Thanks for your help
