Mouse cursor do not disappear in full screen kiosk app on a screen in Portrait mode

Reported by fsvahnb...@gmail.com, Mar 26 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/604.5.6 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/11.0.3 Safari/604.5.6
Platform: 10176.86.00

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install the Kiosk app "Kiosk" afhcomalholahplbjhnmahkoekoijban on a Chromebox unit.
2. Enable Full screen kiosk mode on the Chromebox unit
3. Set your screen to portrait (rotate it 90 degrees) in the display settings (Chrome OS setting)
4. Make sure you select "hide mouse cursor" (Kiosk app setting)
5 Launch the Kiosk app in full screen - mouse cursor is still there (in the center of the screen)

What is the expected behavior?
There should be NO mouse cursor on the screen
It works as expected with a screen in standard Landscape orientation (i.e. skip step 3 above)

What went wrong?
See step 5 above – Mouse cursor is still visible (in the center of the screen) when you run the kiosk app in full screen on a Portrait oriented screen.

Did this work before? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? N/A
