Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_3) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/66.0.3359.27 Safari/537.36 OPR/53.0.2906.0 (Edition developer) Steps to reproduce the problem: Steps to reproduce: 1. Open Chromium and go full screen 2. switch to another application - cmd + tab ( that is on a secondary display ) 3. Switch back to Chromium What is the expected behavior? Should bring back Chromium in full screen mode. What went wrong? Blank line on top Did this work before? Able to reproduce the issue on Mac 10.13.3 with chrome #66.0.3359.45 as per steps mentioned in the comment #0 Attaching the screenshot for reference.

it's also effecting Opera browser and there is no fix for a few months :/
