window.getComputedStyle(e).getPropertyValue("transform") behaves differently since Chrome 65

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:59.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/59.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Visit the following site with Chrome 65 and with Chrome 64. The alert changes.

What is the expected behavior?
Return value should be "matrix(...)"

What went wrong?
"none" was returned

Did this work before? Yes Chrome 64

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.181 (Official Build) (64-bit) (cohort: Stable)  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version:

Landed in 65.0.3303.0

Confirmed by disabling the CL using the following command line and observing the bug is gone:
chrome --disable-blink-features=DisplayNoneIFrameCreatesNoLayoutObject

Fixed by r542372 in Chrome 67.0.3369.0, see  issue 819189
