Username in chrome://settings/passwords can't be copied fully

Issue descriptionChrome Version (from the about:version page): 67.0.3376.0(Developer Build) Is this the most recent version: Yes OS + version: Linux CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): Window manager: URLs (if relevant): Behavior in Linux Firefox: Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it): What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open chrome://settings/passwords (2) If the username in "Save Passwords"is longer than 23 characters, ellipsis will be shown.(for example, device********samsung5@hulu.com) (3) Try to select and drag username by mouse. What is the expected result? Username can be copied fully. What happens instead? Only part of Username is copied. (only device********samsung5@hulu is selected)
