When downloading a big file like 1gb plus in chrome , the download goes to download pending automatically and i need to pause and restart it again to work

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download any movie of 1gb plus 
2. Go home screen 
3. After some time you will find download is pending 

What is the expected behavior?
Nothing serious ..but is hideous .. download pending 

What went wrong?
I dont know
