Is this still an issue? Did doing what was said in comment #1 help?
Are you using any firewall/antivirus/proxies? We've found a few that have issues, and while most have issued patches/fixes, there are a couple that need to be manually updated/reinstalled.

It would also be helpful to get a net-internals log when you reproduce the issue, see details here:
