What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.try to browse web, use Google products
2
3.

What is the expected result?to reach the play store and not have my searches routed through Germany and stuff

What happens instead of that?

I end up unable to use real Google services and my traffic is sent to Germany and all kinds of stuff. My IP address is rarely the correct state. Mindstream has no idea what's wrong . Happens on every device in the house. Whatever it is rooted phones that weren't and uprooted a S5 and galaxy tab that were. Tacked up bios on a HP desktop . Every device says we aren't administrator,we are both self employed so that's bogus

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.my phone is the zte it's a Maxx blue. Husbands is a Galaxy S8. They each show up twice in Google play and dashboard. I renamed them to tell them apart. The S7 was unrooted by whatever the problem.
