Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run Lighthouse (Audit Tab)
2. Click on one of the grey tabs under the menu, that allows you to resize the device width to set values

What is the expected behavior?
The screenshots that are shown in the Metrics part of the report should not have been skewed

What went wrong?
You can resize the browser simulation when running the Lighthouse audit when resizing the window has been disabled in the menu. It also causes the metric screenshots to be skewed.
