Cancelled file download margins in material design download shelf seems off

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download file and then immediately cancel download by clicking three-dot menu and selecting Cancel

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
Side margin seems too narrow

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 66.0.3359.45  Channel: beta
OS Version: OS X 10.13.3
Flash Version:

This is non-material design version. The material design version is also missing the file icon.

This is intentional, if I understand correctly. The icon fades out and the text slides over to take its place.
