Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.type in https:// 
2.use different web browser
3. uninstall certificates that aren't secure/safe

What is the expected behavior?
The web page comes up as secure, until I hit a link on website, that's when it forwards me to the same site but is Http:// rather than https:// 

What went wrong?
keeps forwarding to unsecured website
