The miniLock app (version 1.0.2) does not save the file results after encryption or decryption.

Reported by samharp...@netzero.net, Mar 24 2018

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 10323.62.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.184 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10323.62.0 (Official Build) stable-channel lulu

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use miniLock app to encrypt (or decrypt) a file.
2. Click on the down-arrow graphic to save the resulting file.
3. The app fails to provide the dialog for saving the file.
4. The encrypted (or decrypted) file is not saved.

What is the expected behavior?
The app should provide a dialog to allow saving of the encrypted (or decrypted) file, and should save the file.

What went wrong?
The encryption (or decryption) appears to have succeeded, but upon clicking on the down-arrow graphic to save the file results, the app simply returns to the file selection dialog, without saving the file.

Did this work before? Yes Chromebook stable build 64.0.3282.190.

Chrome version: 65.0.3325.184 Channel: stable
OS Version: 10323.62.0
Flash Version: 29.0.0.113

The same problem affects the Chrome Desktop version of the miniLock app. The app version (1.0.2) has not changed. The problem started upon updating of the Chromebook / Chrome Desktop to version 65.

Is this issue still occuring? Are you using the Android app for miniLock? It appears to be version 1.0.5 currently in the app store.
