What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on spoken feedback (ctrl + alt + z)
2. Open the apps launcher (alt + shift + l)
3. Move through the Apps grid using Arrow keys. 

What is the expected result?

ChromeVox should read out the names of the apps

What happens instead?

When we navigate from one app to other app , the chromevox focus and spoken feedback are delayed.
