--enable-blink-features=RtcPeerConnectionId produces error on Mac

On Mac, running with --enable-blink-features=RtcPeerConnectionId (on M67 Canary), produces an error message. However, the flag does appear to work.

According to Guido, this is just an informative message indeed.
