octopus-release builder offline for several days, need it to run

The octopus-release builder has been offline for a while now, see http://uberchromegw/i/chromeos/waterfall?show=octopus-release

Can you please spin up http://uberchromegw/i/chromeos/buildslaves/cros-beefy62-c2 again or assign a different buildslave.

We can handle that. Just reboot it via the Pantheon website.

Rebooted. If that's not enough, we can reinstance it into a branch new machine.
