Android apps: Menu items in popup menus cannot be selected with Enter

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36
Platform: 10509.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel cyan

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Download, install and run the attached APK or the project from https://github.com/appfour/ChromeOsSubmenuTest
2. Click on the text field.
3. Try to select a menu item with the Enter key

What is the expected behavior?
The menu item is selected and the popup menu closes.

What went wrong?
The menu item is not selected and the popup menu does not close.

Did this work before? No

OS Version: 67.0.3376.0
Flash Version: 29.0.0.134

This is only an issue if the View component for which the popup menu is shown is focusable. It works fine if it is not focusable.
