Submenus of Android apps are cut off if the window width is too narrow

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/65.0.3325.181 Safari/537.36 Platform: 10509.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel cyan Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Download, install and run the attached APK or the project from https://github.com/appfour/ChromeOsSubmenuTest 2. Make the window of the app as narrow as possible. 3. Click on the text field. 4. Open the submenu What is the expected behavior? The submenu is not cut off. What went wrong? The submenu is cut off. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 67.0.3376.0 Channel: canary OS Version: 67.0.3376.0 Flash Version: 29.0.0.134 This works fine on a Pixel C with Oreo and other Android devices.
