1. Build crosvm
2. Start a guest on top of a 4.15 host kernel

What is the expected result?
Guest should boot properly


What happens instead of that?
crosvm fails to boot the guest with the following error:
[ERROR:src/main.rs:412] failed to configure vcpu: Interrupt Error: Failed to set sregs for this cpu
