Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/64.0.3282.186 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1."Show Bookmarks Bar" option should be initially checked to display the bookmarks bar while opening Google Chrome browser and has atleast 15 bookmarks folder present in it .You can see a folder called "Other Bookmarks" folder in the Bookmarks bar since all the folders cannot fit on the Bookmarks tab 2. Uncheck the "Show Bookmarks Bar" option in the setting 3. You can observe that even though "Show Bookmarks Bar" option is unchecked ,the browser still shows the bookmarks bar when you open a new window or open a new tab from the existing window and the bookmarks tab disappears the very moment when you click at the URL section on the browser and keys in atleast 1 letter 4.This is not an expected behavior as the moment after you uncheck the option "Show Bookmarks Bar" from the settings,it should not show the bookmarks bar either from a new window or from a new tab from the existing window irrespective of the condition if you click on the URL section and keys in any letter or not. What is the expected behavior? Google chrome browser should not show the Bookmarks bar at any situation when "Show Bookmarks Bar" option is unchecked What went wrong? Bookmarks tab is still displayed in the Web browser until you click on the URL section of the browser and keys in atleast 1 letter even when "Show Bookmarks Bar" option is unchecked from the settings.Unless you click on the URL section and keys in atleast 1 letter the changes made [hiding Bookmarks bar] does not take effect. Summary: Hiding the Bookmarks tab after it was displaying initially does not take effect until you click on the URL tab and enter atleast 1 letter in the URL section. Attached is a screenshot where Bookmarks are displayed even when "Show Bookmarks Bar" is unchecked. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 64.0.3282.186 Channel: n/a OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2) Flash Version: 29.0.0.113
