Regression: Full screen icon and Seeking bar is missing in Amazon prime videos

Chrome Version: 67.0.3379.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigated to URL: https://www.amazon.com/Amazon-Video/b?ie=UTF8&node=2858778011
(2) Scroll down to find Justice League, hover mouse over justice League, on popup windows click on Watch Trailer

What is the expected result?
Able to see Full screen icon and Seeking bar

What happens instead?
Full screen icon and Seeking bar are missing

Able to reproduce the issue on chrome versions Beta# 66.0.3359.45, Dev# 66.0.3377.1 & Canary# 67.0.3379.0 using Windows-10, Ubuntu 14.04 & Mac 10.12.6.
Note: Will provide Bisect info soon.

Facing a similar issue on playing any video in amazon prime, when mouse is connected to Android Mobile phone using OTG cable , on mouse click , able to play and pause the video. But on mouseover  not able to see any controls.
Attached the video for reference.
