Non-Regression:Unwanted line is seen when nothing is selected in Gallery

Chrome Version:67.0.3376.0/10510.0.0 dev channel Celes,Peppy,Cyan
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user -> Take a sample screenshot ->Open with Gallery 
(2)select Thumbnail view >> click outside area of window and observe(Please refer video)

Actual: Unwanted line is seen at top-left corner
Expected:No such line should be seen as no images are selected

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62.

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
