Regression:Unable to scroll the scrollbar in print preview after resizing browser window.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.52 (Official Build)Revision f46e3984da4d3208d54bcf0fff0989ea80c597d8-refs/branch-heads/3359@{#387} (32/64-bit) OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch Chrome and navigate to any webpage or open NTP. (2)Press "Ctrl+P" key, click on 'more settings' and click on zoom in '+' icon from preview such that scroll bar appears. (3)Now resize browser window from R.H.S to extreme left and try to scroll the srollbar of preview page(i.e second scrollbar) and observe. Actual: Unable to scroll the scrollbar after resizing browser window. Expected: Should be able to scroll the scrollbar even after resizing browser window. This is a regression issue broken in 'M66' and below is the bisect info: Good Build: 66.0.3344.0(Revision:535593) Bad Build: 66.0.3345.0(Revision:536026) You are probably looking for a change made after 535635 (known good), but no later than 535636 (first known bad). Unable to repro in current canary (71.0.3544.2) on Windows 7. Scrollbar can be dragged all the way to the bottom. Tested both high DPI and low DPI. |
