What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign-in to user>> Click on Ubertray >> then hit Alt+Search
(2)Observe Caps lock icon is seen in the ubertray but not seen in the ubertray options menu(Refer video)

Actual: Caps lock icon is seen in the ubertray but not seen in the ubertray options menu and when we close and open ubertray it is seen.
Expected: Caps lock option should be seen in ubertray options menu 

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M62

NOTE: Issue is seen in M63, M64, M65 and M66 also
