What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,open devtools >>Audits tab
(2)Drag the devtools page window towards L.H.S and observe while dragging

Actual: Weird line is seen while dragging devtools window
Expected: No such weird line should be seen

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-62

Note: Issue is not seen in Linux,Windows OS
