Cannot access gmail on chrome

OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)

I can access gmail on firefox as well as my cellphone but not on chrome.
I have never had this problem before and have had a gmail account for many years.

Looks like this was SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE related.
