OS: (e.g. Win7, OSX 10.9.5, etc...)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) From the console or a button call:
  setTimeout(() => navigator.bluetooth.requestDevice({acceptAllDevices: true}), 1000);

(2) Immediately change to another tab

Expected outcome:
Chooser fails to open

What actually happens:
Chooser is opened in the new tab.
