Generate specs for the Recent Tabs URL cell |

Issue descriptionPlease generate redlines for the recent tabs url cell, including the favicon and favicon background. If the favicon background is a simple rounded rect now, then all we need is the corner radius and background color. If it's a more complicated shape, then a PNG asset would probably be easiest, in @1x/@2x/@3x resolutions.

This might be a better place. The assets on drive have all a white background, could we please get them with a transparent background? Thanks!
