Dev Tools Audits, and Accessibility dev tools features not working on Chromebooks

Chrome 65.0.3325.0 (Beta) on Acer Chromebook 11

Might be related to slow network? But other features were working.

Repro:
1. Open any site (I tried Wikipedia and CNN)
2. Open DevTools
3. Click on Audits, uncheck everything except Accessibility, and Run...

It freezes, just says "Lighthouse is warming up" forever

then:

4. Click on an element
5. Open Accessibility tab

It's empty

Also reproduced on a Pixelbook on Chrome 65 Beta

As I recall, this was due to an issue with devtools itself and how it connects to remote modules. At I/O we were able to set Pixelbooks to use Chrome OS dev channel and that fixed the issue.
