dawells cannot access internal repo

David gets the following error:

git ls-remote https://chrome-internal.googlesource.com/a/chromeos/manifest-internal.git
fatal: remote error: Access denied to dawells@google.com

Does he need to be added to a group?

yes, but I have no way to decide if David should be added and if so, which of the many groups that grant read or read/write access: https://chrome-internal-review.googlesource.com/#/admin/projects/chromeos,access

manager should add him to the appropriate mdb group for access
