Issue descriptionChrome Version: 66.0.3359.43 / 10452.19.0 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1.open settings menu 2.type "bluetooth" in search field 3.enter bluetooth menu 4.scroll through the list of BT devices What is the expected result? I can scroll through the list and find my device What happens instead? This seems to be the problem with the new UI, it's more problematic when we have more devices and have to scroll down to find the device. Note: It happens only from settings page BT menu , if we scroll down from the status tray BT menu, it works fine .The status tray too had this issue and that was fixed earlier ( https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=664930 )

Thanks for checking, Pramod. So we can say this is a regression that happened between 65 to 66 and it's now easier to narrow down the culprit.

Hey Sonny, Not sure if this is a regression since I'm pretty sure I ran into this problem at least once during GUUPF. We were using M65 10323.39.0 on Eve. However, it's also very hard to reproduce.
